P.B. Bell and Everest Holdings are nearing completion of a new single-family, build-to-rent community, Marketside Villas at Verrado, found in Buckeye at 21045 W. McDowell Road.
Marketside Villas at Verrado features standalone and duplex style one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans that feature all the high-end luxuries of modern living, including gourmet kitchen cabinets and counters, stainless steel appliances, direct access garages on select homes and smart door locks, representatives of P.B. Bell tell the Digital Free Press.
It is also pet-friendly, according to a press release.
Build-to-rent properties have gained popularity across the country, and when Everest Holdings presented an opportunity to partner and build single-family homes for rent in the beautiful Verrado community, P.B. Bell officials say they were, ‘all in.’
“We are taking a product that currently exists and putting the P.B. Bell touch on it to enhance the quality of the community,” said P.B. Bell Chief Executive Officer Chapin Bell. “We pride ourselves on maintaining a high-quality design and management standard, innovating what already exists and creating communities that people want to be a part of. Marketside Villas will be reflective of our brand and be a wonderful place for people to live.”
The community allows residents to live in comfort and sophistication while exploring the unique and dynamic culture of the Verrado area.
“We selected Buckeye, and specifically the successful master planned community of Verrado, because it is a growing, suburban area,” said Everest Holdings President and Chief Executive Officer Joe Blackbourn. “These homes are for the segment of the renting population that want outdoor space, while still enjoying the luxuries of being part of a managed property.”
The amenity package at Marketside Villas at Verrado is more robust compared to build-to-rent communities elsewhere, including a larger clubhouse than typically featured on this property type. Amenities will include a treasure trove of leisure areas, including a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool and spa, and pet park.
“We look forward to continuing to identify areas across the Phoenix metropolitan area for build-to-rent communities,” said Bell. “We anticipate that this product type will grow due to its perks and look forward to offering it to more people.”
