Atavia, an 88‑unit condominium community developed by Chicago‑based Belgravia Group, has completed construction on phase one and released phase two for sales in north Scottsdale.

Phase one is now under roof and nearing sellout, while phase two has been fully released to prospective buyers. Construction remains on schedule, with initial move‑ins expected by winter 2026, according to a press release.

Once complete, Atavia will consist of 14 four‑story buildings with two‑, three‑ and four‑bedroom residences priced from $860,000 to $1.7 million. Homes range from 1,570 to 3,015 square feet.

The gated community is located north of Loop 101 and east of Scottsdale Road, an area with limited new‑construction condominium availability.

“Atavia brings to Scottsdale a completely unique condominium product,” said Jonathan McCulloch, chief executive officer of Belgravia Group. “Atavia was designed for buyers who want luxury, privacy, and comfort without compromising convenience. Every detail, from the unique floorplans to the amenities and architectural character, was created to feel like a true retreat in the middle of North Scottsdale.”

Project features include private two‑car garages and individual entrances for each residence. Select homes also include private elevators and rooftop decks measuring up to 570 square feet. Interior features include 10‑foot ceilings, contemporary Italian cabinetry and Sub‑Zero and Wolf appliances. Buyers work with Belgravia Group’s in‑house design team to select finishes and materials.

Atavia was designed by international architecture firm KTGY. The community’s 5,000‑square‑foot clubhouse draws inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West and is planned to include a pool and spa, fitness center, indoor and outdoor yoga space, golf simulator, lounges, grilling areas, meeting space and landscaped courtyards.

“The sales success for Atavia is no coincidence. It’s a testament to Belgravia Group’s unwavering attention to detail and commitment to excellence,” Keith Mishkin, CEO and designated broker of Cambridge Properties, said.

Atavia and Portico, Belgravia Group’s previously sold‑out Scottsdale condominium community, are part of DMB’s One Scottsdale master‑planned development, which is planned to include retail, office, residential and hotel uses upon completion.
