Mark-Taylor Residential is expanding its presence in the Southeast Valley with the addition of The Wayne, a new townhome community in Chandler offering one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.
Found at 1535 N. Dobson Road, The Wayne features 96 residences ranging from 812 to 1,391 square feet. The community combines the privacy of townhome living with the convenience of professional management and resort-style amenities.
The property marks the fourth of five Class A townhome communities in Mark-Taylor’s growing partnership with owner Porter Kyle.

The Wayne is part of Mark-Taylor’s Central 100 portfolio, a centralized operating model designed for communities with fewer than 100 units. The approach combines onsite teams with support from the company’s Integrated Operations Network, or ION, at its corporate office.
Homes feature quartz countertops, oversized kitchen islands, full-size washers and dryers, smart-home technology, walk-in closets, hardwood-style flooring, built-in dog doors, private fenced backyards and direct-access two-car garages equipped for electric vehicle charging.
Community amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park and playground.
The community is near Chandler Fashion Center, The Sicilian Butcher and Postino East, with convenient access to Loop 101 and Loop 202.
