RE/MAX Fine Properties has opened a new East Valley office at 355 E. Germann Road, Suite 130 in Gilbert.
The new office represents the brokerage’s continued expansion in Arizona and follows recent growth efforts that have increased its statewide agent count to more than 400, according to a press release.
The approximately 5,130-square-foot office was designed to support current and future growth in the East Valley. The facility includes 11 private offices, a conference room, collaborative workspaces, a reception area, a break area with exposed ceilings and a dedicated IT/server room. The layout is intended to provide agents with private workspaces, client meeting areas and opportunities for collaboration and professional development.
“Our vision is to make RE/MAX Fine Properties one of the strongest and most recognizable real estate organizations in the East Valley,” said Dan Porter, managing partner at RE/MAX Fine Properties. “This office wasn’t created simply to accommodate growth; it was created to drive it. We want it to be more than just a place where agents hang their licenses. We want it to be a hub for training, collaboration, leadership, community and growth as we continue building RE/MAX Fine Properties for the next chapter, not just the next year.”
The new office is more than twice the size of the company’s previous Gilbert location and provides additional capacity to support the brokerage’s ongoing expansion in the East Valley.
