LevRose Commercial Real Estate has named Scottsdale native Hunter Chasse a partner following his recent promotion to senior advisor, according to a press release.
Mr. Chasse began his commercial real estate career in a national brokerage environment, focusing on the multifamily sector before transitioning to office brokerage, where he specialized in owner-user and investment sales in the Scottsdale market.
In 2016, Mr. Chasse joined CoStar Group as a sales professional, supporting commercial real estate firms across metro Phoenix. He worked on training, market research and online marketing strategies.
Since joining LevRose Commercial Real Estate in 2018, Mr. Chasse has been a member of the Kottler & Cosgrove team, focusing on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial properties across Scottsdale and metro Phoenix.
“Hunter’s growth, leadership, and consistent performance made this a natural next step,” Mike Baumgardner, president of LevRose Commercial Real Estate, said. “We’re proud to have him as a partner at LevRose.”
Colleagues describe Mr. Chasse as maintaining a client-focused approach, with an emphasis on market knowledge and building relationships to support transaction outcomes.
Outside of work, he spends time outdoors and participates in recreational activities.
