Acacia Health Center taps Misti Valentino as administrator

Sagewood has appointed Misti Valentino as the newest healthcare administrator for Acacia Health Center, the onsite short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing facility.
In her role as healthcare administrator, Ms. Valentino is responsible for the daily oversight of Acacia Health Center, according to a press release.
Acacia Health Center offers skilled nursing services, assisted living, memory care and rehabilitative therapy for residents in Sagewood as well as to individuals in the public, the release states.
“With over 16 years of senior living experience, Misti makes for an amazing new leader in Acacia Health Center,” says Executive Director of Sagewood Ed Smith. “We know her knowledge and friendly disposition will serve our residents and staff well.”
Ms. Valentino is involved in various healthcare associations including the Arizona Health Care Association Emerging Leaders Program, American College of Healthcare Administrators, and she serves as the chair of the America College of Health Care Administrators state of Arizona administer in training program.
