The Arizona Chapter of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International will host its 43rd Annual Auction, Fundraiser & Dinner on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort.
The event will run from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, July 17, and is expected to draw more than 300 hospitality and meeting professionals, according to a press release.
Proceeds from the event will support the organization’s mission to provide continuing education and scholarships for hospitality professionals and those pursuing careers in the industry.
Harvest Compassion Centers is the organization’s 2026 Charity of the Year. Founded in 2011, the nonprofit serves children and families through its “Food Banking Reimagined” model, with a focus on reducing food insecurity, improving quality of life and supporting academic success.
“Get ready to kick up your heels and celebrate the Year of the Horse with HSMAI Arizona. Our 43rd Annual Auction & Fundraiser is one of the most anticipated nights of the year, where our hospitality community comes together for an energetic evening filled with great people, exciting auction items, and a meaningful cause. While we’ll be having plenty of fun, every bid, sponsorship, and contribution helps support the incredible work of our chapter, while benefitting Harvest Compassion Centers. Together, we’ll showcase the generosity and spirit that defines Arizona hospitality while making a meaningful impact for families across Phoenix.” said Yvette Koebke, 2026 president of HSMAI Arizona.
Ms. Koebke said the event will support both the organization’s programming and its charitable partner.
The fundraiser will include both silent and live auction components. Attendees will receive a list of items available for live bidding and a paddle with an individualized number. Guests may bid on items by placing a quarter into a designated table bucket, while an auctioneer calls paddle numbers.
Auction items include golf outings, artwork, gift certificates, sports memorabilia and travel packages to destinations across the United States, Hawaii and Mexico.
