Moses Lake Industries is hosting a grand opening of its new 50,000-square-foot manufacturing and research facility in Mesa.
Powered by nearly a $100 million dollars in strategic investment, the state-of-the-art facility reinforces MLIs commitment to advancing cutting-edge semiconductor material development, including high-purity electrolyte solutions and copper-based materials that are essential components of next-generation technologies, Mesa city officials tell the Digital Free Press.
The centralized location Mesa offers, city officials say, fosters close engagement with customers R&D teams, optimizes supply chain efficiency, and accelerates the development of tailored solutions to meet evolving industry demands.
“The opening of our new Mesa facility marks a significant milestone for MLI and reflects our deep commitment to supporting our customers at the forefront of semiconductor innovation, said Hiro Era, president and CEO of MLI.

Designed as a hub for innovation and engagement, the Mesa facility offers dedicated spaces for R&D collaboration, process optimization, and customer co-development.

With plans for future expansion, the facility will create high-value jobs in engineering, research, and advanced manufacturing. MLI is actively recruiting skilled professionals and working with local trade schools and workforce development programs to build a strong semiconductor talent pipeline.
