Family friendly bike ride kicks off Scottsdale Bike Month activities

Join the Scottsdale Transportation & Streets Department from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 1, at Mountain View Park, 8625 E. Mountain View Road, and the Scottsdale Library to celebrate Bike Month at Ride to Read.

The 2-mile, out-and-back family friendly bike ride will start at Mountain View Park and ends at the Mustang Library.

Beginning and advanced-level bicyclists will enjoy riding on Scottsdale’s Indian Bend Wash path away from busy streets. At the library everyone is invited to an interactive story time featuring the children’s book “Duck on a Bike.”

The event is free; however, registration is required HERE, and capacity is limited.
