Frontier Airlines begins new ‘Lone Star State’ fare at $59

Frontier Airlines is now offering direct flights from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
With the new service, Frontier Airlines officials say the airline now offers 23 nonstop destinations from Phoenix and to celebrate, the airline is offering fares as low as $59. Frontier Airlines is also offering the GoWild! All-You-Can-Fly Fall & Winter Pass for a limited-time at a special discounted price of $299.
The fall & winter pass allows access to unlimited flights over the course of six months, from September 2023 through February 2024.
“We’re excited to celebrate inaugural service to Houston as we continue to build a robust roster of flight options from Phoenix,” said Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial, Frontier Airlines.
“Our expansion in the Valley of the Sun is great news for consumers who are hungry for Frontier’s ‘Low Fares Done Right’ to a wide array of destinations across the U.S.”
Frontier Airlines is focused on more than low fares, airline representatives contend.
Customers now have purchase options a la carte or in one low-priced bundle called the ‘Works’ whereas the bundle includes refundability, a carry-on bag, a checked bag, the best available seat, waived change fees, and priority boarding, the release states.

The airline’s frequent flyer program, FRONTIER Miles, lets members enjoy many benefits as well as the ability to attain ‘Elite’ status. Like the airline, FRONTIER Miles is family friendly, and the program makes it easy for families to enjoy the rewards together, including family pooling of miles.
FRONTIER Miles is aptly named because you earn one mile for every mile flown – no ‘funny formulas’ at Frontier.
Of Note: Fares must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 26, 2023. Fares are valid for nonstop travel through August 8, 2023, on select days of week. The following blackout dates apply: July 3-6, 2023. Seven-day advance purchase is required. Round trip purchase is not required.
