Barry’s HIIT studio provides cardio and strength training in north Scottsdale

The pioneering HIIT studio and its high-energy cardio and strength interval training workout — Barry’s HIIT studio — is coming to north Scottsdale early next year.
Offering its signature RUN x LIFT classes, which blend high-intensity treadmill cardio with strength training, Barry’s will provide a dynamic group fitness experience to Scottsdale, coined “The Best Workout in the World” since its inception 25 years ago, according to a press release.

Barry’s signature Red Room features iconic dim red lights, antimicrobial rubberized flooring, a booming sound system with specially-curated playlists from best-in-class instructors, weights, bands, benches and state of the art Woodway treadmills. Classes will run daily ensuring a well-rounded workout in its Instagram-worthy studio found along Scottsdale Road.
What to expect at Barry’s Scottsdale:
The Best Workout in the World: A combination of interval-based cardio routines on the treadmill and strength training on the floor. There is a “double floor” option available for those who want to forego the cardio component. It’s a dynamic, high-intensity workout that’s as effective as it is fun.
Expert instructors: Elite instructors leading the class with energizing playlists for lasting inspiration.
Daily muscle focus: Each day focuses on different muscle groups for the strength-training workout in order to achieve real results and to help reduce the risk of injuries (Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs and Ass, Total Body).
