Tempe Marketplace is welcoming new brands to the brick-and-mortar retail destination.
The diverse selection of brands will include Sam’s Club, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Happy Beauty, and Enclave Salon Suites, occupying about 150,000 square feet throughout the marketplace.
These tenants, representatives of the shopping center tell the Digital Free Press, will be open to the public this fall, with Sam’s Club slated to be completed in the summer of 2025.
Additionally, J. Crew Factory, Pandora, and Rowan joined The District this summer, furthering Vestar’s mission to deliver high-quality, sophisticated clothing and accessories to shoppers seeking chic and stylish looks year-round.
The addition of these tenants brings the center to nearly 100% leased.
Known for its handcrafted and delicious cakes, Nothing Bundt Cakes will make its way to Tempe Marketplace this fall. As the largest specialty cake company in the nation, Nothing Bundt Cakes serves up perfectly baked bundt cakes in a variety of sizes and flavors.
Happy Beauty sources products from around the world, offering an extensive and exclusive lineup of brands including L.A. Girl, The Spathecary, and Soo’AE. With a scheduled opening by the end of 2025, Happy Beauty is a one-stop shop for quality beauty necessities.
The long-awaited Enclave Salon Suites has completed about 85% of construction and is slated to open by the end of the year.
The salon offers beauty professionals a 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility with exceptional amenities and space for creativity, flexibility, and freedom.
