Camelot Homes received a Gold Award for Best Attached Model Home for The Retreat at the 2025 National Homebuilders Awards, known as The Nationals, held Feb. 17 in Orlando.
The luxury condominium community, located on the fairways of Seven Desert Mountain, also earned recognition earlier this year with a Best Architectural Design – Attached Community award at the 2025 Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence Awards, according to a press release.
In addition to the Gold Award, Camelot Homes received Silver Award honors for Best Interiors of a Custom Home for The Gallery at The Collection model home and Best One of a Kind Home for The Gallery at The Collection.
“It was an incredible honor to accept a Gold Award on behalf of the many individuals who played a part in bringing our Retreat community to life,” Camelot Homes CEO Kevin Rosinski said. “It takes a ton of talent and hard work to turn ideas and blueprints into beautiful award-winning homes, and we want to thank The Nationals for recognizing us with this award.”
The Retreat community is currently selling, with several quicker delivery homes available. Camelot Homes will host a Cars & Coffee open house from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 7 at The Retreat at Seven Desert Mountain, 37200 N. Cave Creek Road in Scottsdale. Attendees may tour the model homes, view a lineup of classic and exotic cars and enjoy complimentary drinks from the Halcyon Coffee Cart.
Established in 1982, The Nationals honors achievements in new‑home sales and marketing across North America. Awards recognize homebuilders, communities, architectural design, interiors, sales offices, landscaping, merchandising, individual professionals, collateral materials and promotional campaigns.
The program is presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council, a council of the National Association of Home Builders, along with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
