Cambridge Properties has added Aaron Carter and Mike Mosier, founding partners of CarterMosier Group, to its brokerage, further expanding the firm’s advisory platform.
The addition brings two residential advisors with approximately $200 million in closed sales and decades of local market experience to Cambridge Properties, which has specialized in luxury and urban residential real estate in the Valley for more than 30 years, according to a press release.

Based in Phoenix, CarterMosier Group has developed a referral‑driven practice working with buyers and sellers across Arizona. Their approach incorporates experience in design, development and residential real estate.
Carter and Mosier’s decision to join Cambridge Properties followed an evaluation period during which they searched for a boutique firm that aligned with their client‑first standards while offering the leadership and scale of an established platform. At Cambridge Properties, they will continue their advisory work with support from a brokerage known for its luxury and urban residential specialization.
