RE/MAX Fine Properties has completed a strategic merger that expands the brokerage’s statewide presence and increases its agent count and office locations across Arizona.

Following the merger, the brokerage includes more than 400 agents operating out of 10 office locations, with projected annual sales production exceeding $3 billion, according to a press release.

Company leaders said the expansion aligns with long-term growth goals focused on infrastructure, leadership and agent support rather than short-term scale.

“This merger represents far more than growth in numbers, it reflects our vision for the future of real estate leadership in Arizona,” said Greg Remmers, managing partner and designated broker of RE/MAX Fine Properties.

“We are building a community within the RE/MAX brand designed for the next generation of top-performing professionals, one that combines scale, innovation, culture, and unmatched agent support. By bringing together talented agents and expanding our statewide presence, we are creating a platform where productivity, collaboration, and opportunity can thrive at the highest level.”

Managing partner Nate Martinez says strategic expansion also allows the brokerage to reinvest in leadership development, technology and operational resources for agents.

“As our organization grows stronger, so does our ability to provide expanded leadership accessibility, advanced coaching and training programs, enhanced operational resources, and powerful technology solutions that support our agents and helps them win in an increasingly competitive marketplace,” Dan Porter, founder of RE/MAX Solutions, said. “Ultimately, this focus elevates the client experience and reinforces the trust that the RE/MAX brand represents.”

With combined production expected to exceed $3 billion annually, the expanded brokerage is positioned to take on a larger role in Arizona’s real estate market.

“Our growth strategy is intentional,” Jamie Wong, managing partner of RE/MAX Fine Properties, said.

“It is not about becoming the biggest, it is about becoming the most valuable brokerage to our agents and the communities we serve. When our agents succeed at the highest level, our clients benefit, and our entire organization moves forward together. This merger is another powerful step toward that vision.”

Melissa Dierks, managing partner of RE/MAX Fine Properties, says she believes the brokerage’s leadership team brings a combined 194 years of real estate experience. The firm is supported by seven managing brokers, including four full-time, in-office, non-selling brokers focused exclusively on agent support.
