Village of Chandler is latest build-to-rent community from TruVista

Village of Chandler, a TruVista Development project, which is managed by MEB Management Services, is a new luxury build-to-rent community now leasing in south Chandler.
Found at 6075 S. Gilbert Road, the Village of Chandler features 109 units in the highly sought after East Valley location, according to a press release.
“We are extremely proud of this new community as it’s perfectly suited for its location with features such as soaring vaulted ceilings, designer cabinetry, and an abundance of natural light incorporated into the design,” said JD Levy, president of TruVista Development, in the release.
Offering 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom options, Village of Chandler is one of the only luxury rental communities in the area with upgraded amenities including a resort-style pool, dog park, outdoor workout stations, BBQ grills, walking trails, detached garages and private backyards with pet-friendly doors, the release states.
