345 Wealth Management is announcing a formal move into a new HQ at 4835 E. Cactus Road, No. 255, in Scottsdale.
The firm, founded by industry veterans Dillan Micus and Patrick Kearns, has grown to nearly 20 financial advisors and team members since its opening earlier this year, according to a press release.
“345 is the culmination of Pat and my shared vision to provide comprehensive financial planning services to clients, allowing them to manage their finances so they can do more of what they love,” Mr. Micus said in a prepared statement.
“Though we’ve been open less than a year, we’ve already grown our team exponentially thanks to our ability to develop a roadmap for each of our clients designed to reduce risk while at the same time create tax efficiencies.”
The 3,000-square-foot office is in the rapidly evolving space of greater Scottsdale near where Paradise Valley Mall used to sit, the release states.
“We chose this location intentionally as we wanted to be part of the phased re-imaging, which will at full build-out include a central park, community gathering place and dozens of dining, entertainment and retail experiences,” Mr. Micus pointed out. “We are proud to be part of phase one of this historic redevelopment, which will eventually include a Whole Foods, luxury residential complexes, a collective of office campuses with sought-after amenities, a new dine-in luxury theatre concept, and best-in-class upscale restaurants.”
Mr. Micus contends the office is reminiscent of he and Mr. Kearns’ prior outpost adjacent to what became the Scottsdale Quarter.
Mr. Micus previously served as executive vice president of Equitable Advisors Southwest Branch for 17 years, headquartered on Scottsdale Road just south of Greenway. When he moved to Scottsdale in 2005, he was the then-youngest person in the company’s history to take on that role.
Mr. Micus earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Northern Colorado and holds Series 7, 24, 53 and 66 securities registrations, as well as the Arizona Life and Health Insurance Producers License, the release states.
Mr. Kearns served as a member of the broker-dealer, now Equitable Advisors since 2001, including as vice president of the Nevada office for 13 years, where he oversaw market operations, led recruitment and training efforts, and worked with clients across the southwest, the release states.
He worked closely with Mr. Micus in that role before moving to Scottsdale to serve as senior vice president of Equitable Advisors Southwest Branch in 2018. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Las Vegas and earned the Retirement Planning Specialist title from Equitable Advisors, based upon receipt of a Certificate in Retirement Planning from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
He holds Series 7, 66 and 24 registrations and the Arizona Life and Health Insurance Producers License.
345 Wealth Management works in alliance with Equitable Advisors as its broker dealer, and the local Equitable Advisors Southwest Branch.
