The Saguaros are announce details for the 2025 Olympiad, now in its 26th year, which will take place on Friday, April 18, at Scottsdale Stadium, with games kicking off at noon.
Each year, The Olympiad is the culmination of a four-month effort by the Phoenix residential and commercial real estate community to raise funds on behalf of The Saguaros for Arizona children’s charities.
2025 Olympiad Chair Tyler Carlisle, owner of Bright Home Energy, has been a member of The Saguaros for three years, and says the organization’s goal is to raise $1 million at this year’s Olympiad, topping the nearly $800,000 raised at last year’s event.
“We have a number of generous sponsors who support Arizona children’s charities through their partnership with this signature event. I want to give special thanks to our title sponsor, The Stull Family Foundation. I’m also excited to announce that returning sponsor Earnhardt Ford has donated a 2025 Ford Bronco which we will be raffling off at the April 18 event,” he said in a prepared statement.
The Olympiad kicks off in January and includes the Agents Benefiting Children (ABC) division and Brokers for Kids (BFK) division. The ABC division includes teams of residential real estate professionals, and the BFK division includes teams of commercial real estate professionals. This year’s ABC Chair is Clayton Wolfe, real estate professional at Scottsdale-based Resident Real Estate, and BKF Chair is David Stull, vice president at Scottsdale-based Tower Capital, LLC.
“The Saguaros members will be very busy over the next few months, supporting our Olympiad teams with planning, hosting, and executing small fundraising events from January through April,” says Mr. Carlisle. “We encourage the community to follow us on social media to learn about the various events they can participate in to support this community-wide fundraising effort.”
The Olympic-style competition on April 18 will feature a variety of lawn games, including cornhole, kong pong, pop-a-shot, pickleball skill shot, and dodgeball. The public is invited to support the cause by purchasing a $100 general admission ticket, which includes food and drink, live music, and entry to the beer garden spectator area to view the Olympiad competitors.

Founded in 1987, the philanthropic and social club known today as The Saguaros has raised millions of dollars for local Arizona nonprofit organizations.
Composed of up to 50 men under the age of 40, The Saguaros give back to the community and support children’s charities through our three main fundraising events: Niteflite and Cards for Kids, and the Olympiad. The organization is a Qualified Charitable Organization, meaning Arizona residents can donate up to $470 as an individual or $938 for couples filing jointly and receive an Arizona State tax credit. For each dollar of tax credit, there is a dollar reduction in the tax liability.
