Charity Tovar, founder of Laveen plumbing outfit serves as BBB featured speaker

Charity Tovar, owner of Charity’s Plumbing Solutions, is the featured speaker at the Better Business Bureau’s Friday, Aug. 23 Industrious Women’s Summit on at 1010 E. Missouri Ave. in Phoenix.
Ms. Tovar’s speech will focus on quality, reliability, and integrity in the plumbing industry, according to a press release.
Ms. Tovar launched her business in 2023 whereas today, Charity’s Plumbing Solutions has grown exponentially, and her story of customer-centric quality plumbing services and strong community involvement resonates with other women business owners.
“It’s an honor representing Charity’s Plumbing Solutions at the Industrious Women’s Summit,” she said in a prepared statement. “Plumbing is such a traditionally male-dominated industry, and as a Black-Latino woman running a plumbing business, I hope my experience can inspire and inform others.”
The Industrious Women’s Summit connects women in the trades to network and learn from one another. Summit activities include expert panels, workshops, and a keynote speech for women to hone their skills in running a business in fields traditionally dominated by men.
