Sarah Field takes on duties this month at Phoenix deputy convention director

The Phoenix Convention Center & Venues has named Sarah Field deputy convention center director responsible for the sales and marketing division.
Officials at City Hall report Ms. Field will lead the guest experience sections within the division.
She comes to the Phoenix Convention Center from Arizona State University, where she served as the director of corporate relations in the office of economic development managing business retention and expansion efforts for ASU’s real estate assets, according to a press release.
Prior to joining ASU, Ms. Field spent over 11 years at the Phoenix Convention Center, where she served as the director of sales for more than four years.
“We could not be more pleased that Sarah is returning to the Phoenix Convention Center in this new capacity,” said Director Jerry Harper in a prepared statement. “With her past experience at the Convention Center and her vision for the future, we know she will continue to bolster an already thriving division.”
