This week is NoRa Asian Fresh, 354 N. Country Club Drive, in Mesa. Another Mesa location is at 1121 S. Higley Road, #102.
Ms. Hulse says, “I love trying new food places and I have challenged myself to try every food place in the Mesa boundary and share my finds with all of you.”
Check back every weekend for a new restaurant feature.
You can watch her video about the restaurant HERE.
She says:
Nora Asian Fresh
Type: Asian Fusion Restaurant
Location: Southwest corner University Drive & Country Club.
Space: Smaller venue, maybe 8 to 10 tables.
Our Order: Spicy Miso Ramen, Chicken Ramen, Mongolian Beef Bowl, Fried Rice Chicken, Malaysian Style Rice Noodle, Crunchy Roll.
Thoughts: This is my second try of restaurant ramen, and I think I’ve found another favorite meal. The Spicy Miso was incredible. From my friends I heard good things about the Mongolian, Chicken Ramen and Crunch Roll. Others were not in love with the fried rice or noodle dish. Sometimes it depends on what you get and like.
Good to know: The Spicy Miso is super spicy I guess (hence the word spicy), so I got mine mild and it was perfect. And I like spice just not the burning lips, runny nose can’t taste your food anymore spice.
Rating: 8 out of 10.
