Phoenix REALTORS is now offering its brokers the opportunity to incorporate new proptech platform Rayse into their business.
Rayse, Phoenix REALTORS tell the Digital Free Press, is designed to elevate agent-client relationships through increased transparency and collaboration, offering comprehensive, real-time visibility into activity across the entire transaction timeline. The tool provides live data and insights that demonstrate their agent’s value. Rayse has been available to Phoenix REALTORS brokers as of Dec. 2.
“Our collaboration with Rayse is a natural fit for our mission to empower members with cutting-edge tools – especially in a market that grows increasingly complex and fast-paced by the day,” said Phoenix REALTORS CEO Andy Fegley. “Together, we’re creating an opportunity for brokers to build trust, grow their businesses and meet the demands of a real estate environment that has undeniably changed.”
Rayse syncs with agents’ day-to-day tools to automate their daily activity and show live progress to their clients for an elevated, customized experience. From consultation to closing, Rayse automatically captures agent activity and shows real-time progress to clients, including calls, texts and mileage.
“Rayse is a solution to a problem professionals in our industry have encountered for countless years: how to quantify all of the hard work that goes into buying or selling a home,” said Rayse Chief Revenue Officer Ashley Terrell. “We’re proud to work with Phoenix REALTORS to get access to this tool into the hands of brokers and agents in one of the nation’s most in-demand markets.”
