Cullum Homes is offering the final homes for sale in several coveted ZIP codes throughout affluent enclaves of the Valley of the Sun.
Nestled at the base of Camelback Mountain — in the heart of the Town of Paradise Valley — the exclusive guard-gated, lock-and-leave, resort style community has sold 38 of its 40 homesites, representatives of Cullum Homes say.
The two homes are around 5,000 square-feet and priced between $4 and $5 million. The homes will be completed by early 2024.
Cullum Homes has one model at the Village at Paradise Reserve, which is also found in the Town of Paradise Valley.
Paradise Reserve is one of the Valley’s last luxury guard gated communities bordering the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
The last for-sale model in this community is priced in the low $4 million-dollar range and offers more than 3,800-square-feet with four bedrooms.
Cullum Homes is also in the final close out stages for its Ironwood Golf Villas community, which sits atop the Camelback Country Club Golf Course. Of the eight homes, only three homes remain for sale.
The luxury builder has earned its reputation as Arizona’s top luxury custom home builder by integrating architecture, interior design, construction, project management and home concierge in order to deliver its high-end custom homes to the most refined of buyers.
A profile of portfolio luxury pieces at Cullum Homes
According to Rod Cullum, CEO and founder of Cullum Homes there has been a significant uptick in the number of buyers coming out of Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Chicago.
“We are seeing a huge influx of inquiries and buyers coming out of the Pacific Northwest and right now more so than we have ever experienced previously,” Mr. Cullum said in a prepared statement.
“They are buyers who are looking to relocate to Arizona rather quickly. They want luxury, they want a highly customizable home that offers only the highest amenities possible, and they want the homes to be turnkey and fast.”
Mr. Cullum added “In a normal year when there are no supply issues we can usually deliver 24 homes a year to the marketplace but with this huge influx of buyers that are moving to the Valley, it’s challenging to keep up with the current demand. We can’t build the homes fast enough for all the buyers who want to move into our beautiful homes.”
Right now, buyers will see more availability of homes at Cullum’s Village at Seven Desert Mountain. In this community Cullum offers five distinctive base floor plans from 2,996 to 4,200-square-feet and allows for customization to over 9,000 square feet on certain homesites.
A total of 13 homes have already sold of the 33 homesites. The homes overlook the 13th hole of the Renegade course, and the 10th and 11th holes of the new USGA-rated, par 54 golf course, No. 7 at Desert Mountain.
Listing Agent Scott Grigg says the golf lifestyle and amenities are one of the big driving forces for this community.
“What’s nice about these homes, buyers can choose between single or two-level homes.” he said. “And they can add on golf inspired amenities like the ‘19th Hole’ basement entertainment zone that comes complete with an indoor golf simulator, glass-enclosed collector car showroom, theater, wet bar, and other amenities,” he said.
Prices start in the $2.8 million range.
Cullum’s latest new home community, Ascent at The Phoenician, offers resort style living and is tucked into the base of Camelback Mountain.
The community is selling the fastest with 22 of the 51 elevated homesites having already sold and almost all of the golf frontage lots are under construction or under contract. This new collection of custom homes offers one, two and three-level residences that reflect a timeless modern design. Prices start at $3,000,000 and many floor plans and options are available for the most discerning buyers.
