LevRose Commercial Real Estate has hired Eric Hegarty as senior vice president, expanding the firm’s multifamily investment sales team in the Metro Phoenix market.
Mr. Hegarty brings more than 12 years of multifamily real estate experience, working with apartment properties of various sizes across multiple market cycles. His experience includes transactions in Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale and Mesa, according to a press release.

Mr. Hegarty focuses on advising apartment owners and investors by providing market analysis and strategic guidance. He previously worked as a club golf professional and in the insurance and financial services industries before entering commercial real estate.

Outside of work, Mr. Hegarty enjoys spending time with his wife, Susan, and daughters, Grace and Ana. He also enjoys golf, surfing and fly-fishing.
