Mark-Taylor Residential announced the completion of Estia at Zanjero Trails, a build-to-rent community that is now welcoming residents in Surprise.
Owned and developed by Zilber Residential Group, the community offers one- and two-bedroom detached rental homes in the West Valley, according to a press release.
Found at 12020 N. Perryville Road, Estia at Zanjero Trails provides access to Loop 303 and U.S. 60, also known as the Phoenix-Wickenburg Highway. The community is near the White Tank Mountains and a variety of recreational, retail and entertainment destinations, including parks, trails, the Surprise Aquatic Center, restaurants and schools.
“This is one of our most quaint communities in the West Valley,” Andre Rivas, managing director of Mark-Taylor Residential, said. “Estia’s cottage-style design, paired with premium offerings, makes it an ideal place for those starting a family, transitioning into retirement or anyone in between.”
The pet-friendly community features a resort-style pool and spa, fitness center, clubhouse with an outdoor kitchen, community garden and optional carport parking.
Additional amenities include a dog park, dog wash station and in-home doggie doors designed for pet owners. Estia at Zanjero Trails is the latest build-to-rent community managed by Mark-Taylor Residential in the growing West Valley market.
