Cambridge Properties has been selected to oversee the final home sales for Cresleigh Homes at Hastings Farms, one of the last opportunities for buyers to purchase a home within the Queen Creek community.

With 10 homes remaining, the final sales release comes as housing demand continues across the Southeast Valley. The remaining homes range from approximately 1,600 to 2,600 square feet and feature upgraded finishes, move-in-ready interiors and pricing starting in the $490,000s, according to a press release.

Each home includes a full appliance package, completed front and backyard landscaping and designer-selected finishes. Buyers may also qualify for up to $10,000 in incentives through the builder’s preferred lender, including closing-cost assistance and interest-rate buy-down opportunities.

“Building on the success of Hastings Farms, it was important for us to partner with a sales team that understands the Metro Phoenix market and has a proven track record in new home sales,” Wade Kempton, senior vice president of Cresleigh Homes, said. “Cambridge Properties brings tremendous expertise, energy and longstanding Realtor relationships throughout the Valley, and we are proud to partner with them for the final phase of the community.”

Found near Queen Creek Marketplace, Schnepf Farms, Frontier Family Park, Pecan Lake and Queen Creek Olive Mill, Hastings Farms provides access to a variety of shopping, dining, recreation and entertainment destinations throughout Queen Creek.

“There continues to be strong demand for well-appointed, move-in-ready homes in Queen Creek, particularly within established communities like Hastings Farms,” Keith Mishkin, president and CEO of Cambridge Properties, said. “The remaining inventory combines quality design, meaningful upgrades and overall value in a market where buyers are looking to move quickly. We’re excited to help bring the final phase of the community to market.”
