Diversified Partners is announcing Dr. Ruth Brown is joining the fold at the real estate development firm.
Dr. Brown will oversee projects in Las Vegas, Scottsdale, the Town of Paradise Paradise Valley and Aspen, according to a press release.
“We’re all very excited to officially welcome my wife, Dr. Ruth Brown, to the Diversified Partners team,” said Walt Brown Jr., CEO of Diversified Partners.
“Although she’s always been a visionary in her own right, her transition into real estate marks an exciting new chapter for us personally and professionally. Her leadership will undoubtedly elevate our efforts in revitalizing properties and expanding our footprint in the residential market.”
Dr. Brown recently passed the Arizona real estate license exam as previously she practiced as a general surgeon for 15 years whereas she held many positions, including professor of surgery, vice chief of surgery and directorship of acute care surgery.
In 2022, Dr. Brown began leveraging her expertise at Diversified Partners by leading the transformation of the old Scottsdale Fire Station No. 3 into Diversified Partners’ new 7,500-square-foot headquarters.
“After seeing her in action, working to make our dream office a reality, we knew bringing her on the team in an official role was the obvious next step,” Mr. Brown, Jr. said of his wife’s talents. “Jumping into our commercial real estate program as well as head of the residential fix-and-flips, she will spearhead our efforts to revitalize properties across multiple markets.”
