Luna Grill has expanded its Arizona footprint with the opening of its North Phoenix restaurant at 3025 W. Dove Valley Road, Suite 300.
The location is the fast-casual Mediterranean brand’s fourth Arizona restaurant since entering the market in November 2025 and its 63rd location nationwide. The North Phoenix restaurant joins Luna Grill locations in Mesa, Gilbert and Avondale, further expanding the company’s presence across the Valley, according to a press release.
“Opening our fourth Arizona location in less than a year is a major milestone for Luna Grill and a reflection of the incredible response we’ve received across the Valley,” Rich Pinnella, CEO of Luna Grill, said. “Arizona continues to grow, and we’re excited to grow alongside the communities we serve by bringing fresh Mediterranean dining to more neighborhoods. As we expand across the state, our goal is to make healthy, convenient dining part of an active lifestyle while creating a welcoming place for families, friends and neighbors to come together. We’re excited to continue that momentum in North Phoenix and become part of this growing community.”
The restaurant features a custom mural by Arizona artist Lizzy Nilsen, inspired by the North Phoenix community. As part of Luna Grill’s effort to give each location a distinct identity, Ms. Nilsen creates artwork reflecting characteristics unique to each neighborhood.
Founded in San Diego in 2004 by husband-and-wife team Sean Pourteymour and Maria Pourteymour, Luna Grill is known for its Mediterranean cuisine made with fresh ingredients.
The North Phoenix restaurant offers dine-in service, takeout, digital ordering and catering. Menu items include flame-grilled kabobs, signature bowls, wraps, salads, fresh pita and family meals. The company said proteins are marinated for 24 hours, gyro meat is shaved to order and sauces are prepared daily from scratch.
