Luna Grill is now open at 9317 E. Ray Road, Suite 102, in Eastmark.
The fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant brand was founded in 2004 in San Diego by Sean and Maria Pourteymour and has grown to 53 locations across Southern California and the Dallas-Fort Worth area, according to a press release.
The Mesa restaurant will be the brand’s 54th location and the first step in a planned Arizona expansion in 2026 and beyond.
“Arizona has been our number one most-requested market, so we’re bringing the heat with our grand opening promotions,” said Billy Grenham, chief marketing officer at Luna Grill. “Once you taste the difference, you’ll have your ‘ah-ha’ moment. Luna is all about real, cooked-to-order food made from clean ingredients that truly fuel you. We’re so excited to launch in Mesa.”
Mr. Grenham said the menu is rooted in the Mediterranean diet and offers kabobs, bowls, salads, pitas and family meals made with fresh ingredients.
The Luna Grill app, Club Luna, provides access to rewards, personalized offers and nutrition guidance from registered dietitians. New members receive $5 off their first purchase and $10 back for every $100 spent.

Mr. Pinnella said the company’s expansion reflects growing demand for Mediterranean cuisine.
