Wilde Wealth Management Group is announcing Adam J. Sandler as its chief operating officer.

Mr. Sandler will oversee the day-to-day operational functions, ensuring efficiency, and compliance with regulations, while also contributing to strategic planning and firm growth, representatives of the brand tell the Digital Free Press.

An industry veteran, Mr. Sandler brings more than 25 years of leadership and financial experience to the role, including as Chief Operating Officer of SLG Wealth, LLC and 3D Money, LLC as well as founder and owner of both Ironwood Capital Advisors, LLC and Momentum Capital Advisors, LLC.

“Adam has a stellar reputation in building high-performance companies and driving operational excellence as well as in strategic mergers and acquisition to help businesses responsibly scale,” said Trevor Wilde, MBA, AIF, founder and CEO of Wilde Wealth Management Group.

“Together, we will continue to seek out new partnerships, recruit the nation’s top talent, and grow our portfolio of products and services.  Our goal is to ensure our clients enjoy streamlined and simplified wealth management solutions, helping them build the foundations they need to pursue the lives they want for themselves and their families.”

A dedicated servant leader, most recently as a member of Suns Charities 88 and as a fundraiser for Foothills Animal Rescue, Mr. Sandler will also co-lead Wilde for Arizona, which is the firm’s community relations arm that focuses on sponsoring local philanthropic events, organizing fundraising events for nonprofits.

Through Wilde for Arizona, the firm has supported dozens of Arizona organizations through volunteerism, sponsorship, and fundraising including Arizona Tuition Connection, Sunshine Acres, Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, Free Arts, Chrysalis, Child Crisis Arizona, Junior Achievement of Arizona, and many more.

Mr. Sandler began his career as a broadcast journalist before shifting to financial services more than 25 years ago.

“I was attracted to Wilde at first to work with Trevor — whose reputation both in the business and philanthropic communities preceded him,” Mr. Sandler said. “Once I dug into its independent business model and partnership with Cetera Financial Group, I immediately saw the vision and how I could bring value to the business as it continues its rapid and aggressive growth plans.”

Sandler joins the firm during a time of tremendous growth. This past spring, the firm expanded with a new office in Chandler, and Trevor Wilde* was named to Barron’s annual list of top 1,200 advisors nationwide, earning the No. 30 position nationwide and No. 3 overall in Arizona. Forbes also recently named Wilde to its 2025 Best-In-State Wealth Advisors list. Only 175 advisors from across Arizona were named to the prestigious list, with Wilde being named the No. 1 overall advisor statewide. This is his fifth year in a row being named among the top three advisors in Arizona. Wilde also earned recognition at the national level, ranking among the Forbes “America’s Top 250 Wealth Advisors” for 2025 as well.
