Phoenix Children’s Foundation announces Reeis AC has raised $112,529 through its ‘Cool for PCH’ campaign, which concluded Dec. 31, 2024.
The initiative, in partnership with Trane, offered exclusive HVAC credits and new, high-quality HVAC system installations to supporters, with all proceeds benefiting Phoenix Children’s, according to a press release.
The ‘Cool for PCH’ campaign provided homeowners who gifted $10,000, $15,000, or $20,000 to the Phoenix Children’s Foundation with a complimentary Trane HVAC unit, the release states.
Through this initiative, Reeis AC and Trane donated 10 HVAC units as part of the $112,529 raised, with all funds directly benefiting the hospital’s life-saving care for children.
“Our goal was to make a tangible impact on the lives of children in need while offering our community an opportunity to upgrade to state-of-the-art HVAC systems,” said Todd Russo, owner of Reeis AC, in a prepared statement. “Phoenix Children’s has been a beacon of care in our community, and we are incredibly proud to have contributed to such a vital cause.”
The Cool for PCH initiative helped fund the DaVinci 5 Robot, an advanced surgical system helping to expand Phoenix Children’s urology department’s capacity to perform robotic surgeries. The DaVinci 5 Robot promotes faster patient recovery with decreased morbidity and more precise suturing to improve surgical outcomes.
“We are deeply grateful to Reeis AC for their generosity and commitment to supporting Phoenix Children’s,” said Steve Schnall, senior vice president and chief development officer at Phoenix Children’s Foundation. “This partnership not only brings value to homeowners but also provides critical support for the hospital’s mission to deliver life-saving care to children.”
