Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health, a leading community health center providing healthcare to underserved populations in the Valley, announced the opening of their latest comprehensive community health center at 8705 E. McDowell Road.
The facility is found part of the McDowell Road Corridor just off the Loop 101.
The Cholla Health Center will offer integrated care including medical, counseling, psychiatry, dental, nutrition and community resources all under one roof. Laboratory services provided by Sonora Quest will also be on-site.
“This announcement comes as a dual celebration for NOAH as it marks a very special anniversary of caring for communities across Maricopa County for 25 years,” said Wendy Armendariz, CEO at NOAH, in a prepared statement. “Expanded access to care both by location and sheer size, employing more than 120 people here at full capacity, will absolutely benefit the health and well-being of this community like we have never seen before.”

Now open, new and existing patients can be seen at Cholla Health Center from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
NOAH offers Sliding Fee Scale and self-pay discounts depending on household income and family size and accepts most private and public insurances including AHCCCS/Medicaid.
Of note: patient records, eligibility and insurance information will automatically transfer from current and former NOAH locations for exiting patients who wish to be seen at the Cholla location.
