Milwaukee-based private aviation company Joel Dahmen has been named a brand ambassador for Jet OUT and will travel aboard the company’s aircraft during the fall tournament season and beyond.
As part of the partnership, Mr. Dahmen will represent the company on and off the golf course while utilizing Jet OUT’s network of regional bases throughout the Upper Midwest, Southwest, Texas and South Florida.
The partnership highlights Jet OUT’s business model of basing aircraft and crews near its owners rather than repositioning aircraft from other locations. The company operates a fleet of factory-new CJ4 Gen2 aircraft and says the approach is designed to provide quicker access to aircraft and a more personalized travel experience, according to a press release.
Known for his bucket hat, self-deprecating humor and approachable personality, Dahmen has become a popular figure among golf fans. Raised in Clarkston, Washington, he earned his place on the PGA TOUR through years of development and competition.
“Scottsdale’s home for us, so it’s great getting to know the local team. Trying to win on tour takes a lot of work, and there’s never enough time. Jet OUT helps me use mine efficiently,” Mr. Dahmen said.
“It’s not just about getting Joel home sooner. When the boys and I fly with him, the flight itself turns into family time. We get to make more moments, and that’s what we’ll remember,” Mrs. Lona Dahmen said.
Jet OUT also will participate in the second annual Joel Jam Golf Tournament, a fundraising event hosted by the Dahmen Family Foundation that supports families affected by cancer. The tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 8, at Mesa Country Club.
“Our Scottsdale crews are right down the road from Joel, and every base in our network is behind him. He values what our owners value: time with family, on a demanding schedule. We’re proud to have him representing Jet OUT, and prouder to stand with Joel and Lona in support of the families Joel Jam serves,” said Matt Wild, president of Jet OUT.
The partnership comes as Jet OUT continues to expand its presence in markets including Scottsdale, where the company maintains a regional base serving private aviation customers, according to a press release.
