Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona has appointed four community and business leaders to its Board of Directors: Bob Aggarwal, senior vice president at Alliance Bank of Arizona; Cory Steinbicker, head of cybersecurity strategy at Riveron; Nick Foster, principal and founder of Foster Financial CPA; and C.J. Anderson, director of internal audit at Leslie’s.
The appointments add expertise in banking, cybersecurity, finance, risk management and strategic leadership to the organization’s governing board, according to a press release.
“We are thrilled to welcome Bob, Cory, Nick, and C.J. to our Board of Directors,” Debbie Castillo-Smith, CEO and president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, said. “Each of these leaders brings unique professional experience, a commitment to community impact, and a passion for empowering young people. Their insights and leadership will help us continue expanding opportunities for youth across Arizona.”
Mr. Aggarwal serves as senior vice president at Alliance Bank of Arizona, where he works with businesses and financial partnerships throughout the state. His experience includes business growth, community engagement and leadership.
Mr. Steinbicker is head of cybersecurity strategy at Riveron. His background includes cybersecurity, technology risk and digital transformation, advising organizations on technology and risk-related challenges.
Mr. Foster is principal and founder of Foster Financial CPA, where he advises organizations and business leaders on financial strategy, operations and long-term planning. His experience includes entrepreneurship, fiscal stewardship and strategic planning.
Mr. Anderson serves as director of internal audit at Leslie’s. His professional background includes governance, compliance, risk management and organizational accountability.
Collectively, the new board members bring experience in finance, banking, technology, cybersecurity, governance and entrepreneurship. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona said their expertise will support the organization’s long-term sustainability, strategic partnerships and youth mentoring efforts across central Arizona.
