LevRose Commercial Real Estate has promoted Mike Baumgardner from managing director to president.
During his time at LevRose, Mr. Baumgardner has helped guide growth, support client service and strengthen company culture. He brings 20 years of industry experience, including market knowledge and long-standing client relationships, according to a press release.
“Mike’s promotion to President is a natural next step for LevRose, Jon Rosenberg, co-founder of LevRose, said. “His leadership, consistency, and genuine commitment to both our clients and our team have made a major difference in our growth. We’re excited to have him help lead the firm into its next chapter.”
As president, Mr. Baumgardner will continue to focus on mentorship, team development and client service while advancing the firm’s long-term strategic goals.
Mr. Baumgardner joined LevRose in 2017 after 14 years at CoStar as regional director of sales. While there, he earned multiple recognitions, including the 2011 Top Performer award and several President’s Club honors. He managed teams across Arizona, New Mexico and Utah, building client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
A native of Michigan, Mr. Baumgardner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in international business from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He serves on the board of directors for REIAC Southwest.
Outside the office, Mr. Baumgardner enjoys spending time with his wife, who works in luxury residential real estate, and their two daughters. He also coaches one of his daughters in softball. An avid golfer, he balances work with family, community involvement and outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking.
