Kidder Mathews has brokered the $2,530,000 sale of an 8.9-acre commercial land parcel at the southwest corner of Jackrabbit Trail and Encanto Boulevard in Buckeye.
According to a press release, Brian Rosella of Kidder Mathews represented the seller, Mountain States Exchange LLC as Intermediary FBO La Familia Management LLLP, in the exclusive listing assignment.
The buyer was Rosemead Properties Inc.
Positioned within half a mile of Interstate 10 and near the new Banner Health facility at Verrado, the site sits along the rapidly growing Jackrabbit Corridor—an area attracting significant commercial activity, including major retailers such as Fry’s.
Several new employment centers are planned within a five-mile radius, offering strong long-term potential for commercial development.
“The Jackrabbit Corridor continues to draw investor interest as retail, healthcare and employment uses expand throughout the area,” said Mr. Rosella.
“Commercially zoned land with this kind of access and surrounding activity remains a priority for buyers looking ahead at Buckeye’s growth.”
