Jewish Life Now envisioned as contemporary Jewish lifestyle magazine
Staff Reports | Digital Free Press
Jewish Life Now, a contemporary Jewish lifestyle magazine, has launched — highlighting the best of the Jewish community through exclusive celebrity interviews and features on social justice and activism as well as business, art, beauty, fashion, entertainment and food.
According to Publisher Cindy Saltzman, the magazine aims to bring together individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of Jewish identity, involvement or affiliation. With the mission to positively influence the Jewish community, Jewish Life Now reflects the accomplishments of the innovative community leaders making valuable contributions to the world.
“At a time when anti-Semitism is at an all-time high, many of us have been put in a defensive position of defining our Judaism by what we are not,” Ms. Saltzman told the Arizona Digital Free Press. “I’ve long understood the power of the written word to bridge the gap and to create change. The time is long overdue to remind the world of the amazing and inspiring Jewish people that influence our lives.”
Ms. Saltzman is also publisher of Arizona Jewish Life and Oregon Jewish Life.
The inaugural issue of Jewish Life Now featured an interview with model, actress and fitness guru Brooke Burke and her journey to a life of wellness, a story on Jewish comedian Elon Gold’s experience with antisemitism, artwork from world-renowned artist Toby Gotesman-Schneier’s Holocaust collection, and much more.
