Desert Ridge Marketplace will add three national retailers to its tenant lineup: Gap Factory, Ann Taylor Factory and Sierra.

The new stores will occupy more than 30,000 square feet of retail space at the North Phoenix shopping center, according to a press release

Gap Factory is expected to open in September in an approximately 8,500-square-foot storefront. The retailer offers apparel and accessories for men, women, children and infants.

Ann Taylor Factory is slated to open in November in an approximately 5,000-square-foot space. The retailer specializes in women’s apparel, accessories and wardrobe essentials.

Sierra, formerly known as Sierra Trading Post, will occupy a 20,000-square-foot space and is expected to open in spring 2027. The off-price retailer offers outdoor, fitness and lifestyle products, including apparel, footwear, gear and home goods.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Gap Factory, Ann Taylor Factory, and Sierra to Desert Ridge Marketplace,” Jenny Cushing, vice president of leasing at Vestar, said. “These additions reflect our continued focus on curating a dynamic mix of fashion, value, and lifestyle experiences that resonate with a wide range of shoppers and further strengthen the destination’s appeal in North Phoenix.”

Desert Ridge Marketplace recently welcomed Kajiken, a Japanese noodle concept specializing in abura soba, and Nadu Regional Indian, a Michelin-recognized restaurant featuring regional Indian cuisine.

Trader Joe’s is also expected to open at the shopping center, expanding its grocery offerings. Globe in the Dark, a travel-inspired cocktail lounge, is scheduled to open in September, while Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is expected to open in early 2027.
