KUIU, an outdoor and hunting apparel company, will open its first Arizona retail location at Tempe Marketplace. The 6,000-square-foot store will provide customers access to the brand’s apparel, gear and in-store product support.

Coach – Opening late 2026

Coach will open a 4,500-square-foot store between Lululemon and J. Crew. The retailer will offer handbags, leather goods, footwear, apparel and accessories from its collection.

Tommy Hilfiger – Opening late 2026

Tommy Hilfiger will open a nearly 6,000-square-foot store between Lululemon and J. Crew. The location will feature men’s and women’s apparel, accessories and seasonal collections.

Glo Tanning – Opening late 2026

Glo Tanning will occupy a 3,000-square-foot space at Tempe Marketplace. The business will offer UV tanning, spray tanning, red light therapy, skincare treatments and other wellness services.

“The addition of these nationally recognized brands reinforces Tempe Marketplace’s role as a destination where shoppers can discover the latest in fashion, outdoor, and lifestyle experiences,” Taylor Alvey, vice president of leasing at Vestar, said. “We’re proud to continue curating a dynamic, high-quality mix of brands that elevates the shopping experience and reinforces Tempe Marketplace as a premier retail destination in the Valley.”
