Tempe Marketplace is adding five new retail and lifestyle tenants, including Carhartt and KUIU, both of which selected the property for their first Phoenix-area locations.
The new tenants also include Coach, Tommy Hilfiger and Glo Tanning. The additions expand the center’s mix of apparel, outdoor recreation, fashion and wellness offerings, according to a press release.
Carhartt – Now Open
Carhartt has opened a 6,000-square-foot store at Tempe Marketplace, marking the brand’s first standalone location in the Phoenix metro area. The retailer offers workwear and outdoor apparel, including jackets, pants, shirts and accessories.
KUIU – Opening summer 2026
KUIU, an outdoor and hunting apparel company, will open its first Arizona retail location at Tempe Marketplace. The 6,000-square-foot store will provide customers access to the brand’s apparel, gear and in-store product support.
Coach – Opening late 2026
Coach will open a 4,500-square-foot store between Lululemon and J. Crew. The retailer will offer handbags, leather goods, footwear, apparel and accessories from its collection.
Tommy Hilfiger – Opening late 2026
Tommy Hilfiger will open a nearly 6,000-square-foot store between Lululemon and J. Crew. The location will feature men’s and women’s apparel, accessories and seasonal collections.
Glo Tanning – Opening late 2026
Glo Tanning will occupy a 3,000-square-foot space at Tempe Marketplace. The business will offer UV tanning, spray tanning, red light therapy, skincare treatments and other wellness services.
