Russ Lyon Sotheby’s: Most expensive spec home in Arizona

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is announcing the listing of what representatives say is a grand estate a part of the Scottsdale Silverleaf community.
The property found at 20568 N. 112th St. No. 1707 is starting at a $32 million asking price, according to a press release.
The 2.07-acre property is one of the last buildable lots in the coveted Scottsdale Silverleaf community, the release states. The 17,267-square-foot estate includes seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Luxury Agent Allan MacDonald is listing the home properly named “Ellington Heights.” Mr. MacDonald has reportedly sold more than $500 million in total sales volume during his career.

The home is being built by GS Fries Construction, a builder with a long history of luxury home construction throughout the Valley, including the Silverleaf community. Gary Fries worked closely with luxury architect CP Drewett and designer Claire Ownby, to bring this project to life and deliver the vision that creates one of the most exclusive estates in Arizona.
