It is my honor to support Mark Stanton for mayor of the Town of Paradise Valley.

I have known Mark in the context of his work in both the public and private sectors for many years, and I will enthusiastically cast my vote for him. I also count him as a good friend.

I was fortunate to have Mark serve as my chief of staff during my time on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

Mark was uniquely qualified to work with people from the federal and state governments, as well as our neighboring cities and towns, to find solutions to the many issues facing Maricopa County during his tenure. He was always well-prepared for any situation and has excellent communication, especially listening skills.

I know Mark is the right choice for Paradise Valley mayor because he still has that same focus. He is a lifelong resident of Paradise Valley and understands its unique identity, history and growth. He has a sense of pride for its quality of life, infrastructure, improvements and public safety.

Mark is a devoted family man, who with his wife, Barbara, is raising two teenagers. Mark serves the community through service on the Scottsdale Charros and as a longtime Paradise Valley Town Council member.

Mark Stanton will be the best leader for the Town of Paradise Valley.

Please join me in casting your vote on July 30 for Mark Stanton for mayor of Paradise Valley.

Editor’s Note: Andy Kunasek is a longtime community steward, former elected leader and member of The Charro Foundation.
