Featuring French-inspired Mediterranean dishes, guests of Francine are invited to enjoy the ‘Cuisine of the Sun’ with a three-course ‘Prix-Fixe’ menu on from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14.
The cost is just $95 per person, not including tax and gratuity, according to a press release.
The menu was created with love and thoughtfully prepared by Francine’s Michelin-trained Executive Chef Remy Lefebvre.
Chef Lefebvre brings several decades of Mediterranean cuisine experience and is now leading Francine’s culinary team, the release states.
For the first course diners can choose between Francine’s take on Tuna Tartare with avocado, white soy, lemon juice dressing or the Truffle Risotto with wild mushrooms and winter truffles or the savory Octopus Arrabbiata with delightfully prepared tapenade and lemon.
The second and main course offers guests a choice between the Duck Pithiviers with puff pastry, duck breast, foie gras and black truffle or beef Filet Mignon with mashed potatoes, truffle butter, and wild pepper sauce or enjoy a Branzino with confit tomatoes, shallots, potatoes, herbs and lemon.
And for the final course, guests are invited to try a Chocolate Coulant with strawberry crémeux and vanilla ice cream.
“At Francine we love our guests and Valentine’s Day is another opportunity to show them how much we love to prepare our Mediterranean twist on the French Classics,” said Chef Lefebvre. “This night will be filled with good food, good wine and a romantic atmosphere, second to none.”
