The Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce announced the 2026-27 board of directors for Scottsdale Rising Young Professionals, known as SRYP, a leadership development program for emerging professionals.
SRYP serves professionals ages 23 to 39 and focuses on leadership development, education, networking and volunteer opportunities. Through its partnership with the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, the program connects young professionals with Scottsdale’s business community.
“SRYP continues to grow because of the passion, talent, and commitment of our members,” Reagan Wolfe, SRYP chair and property manager at SimonCRE, said. “I’m honored to serve alongside this exceptional Board as we expand opportunities for young professionals to connect, lead, and make a lasting impact. This year, we’re especially excited to strengthen relationships with other young professional organizations across the Valley, creating even more opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and community engagement.”

The board’s term began July 1, 2026. The organization plans to focus on expanding partnerships with other young professional organizations across the Phoenix metropolitan area to create additional networking and professional development opportunities. SRYP’s membership has grown to more than 600 members, more than doubling since 2022, according to a press release.
“The continued growth of SRYP reflects the tremendous value this program brings to Scottsdale’s emerging business leaders,” Mark Stanton, president and CEO of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, said. “This Board represents an outstanding cross-section of industries, perspectives, and leadership styles. Their vision and enthusiasm will ensure SRYP remains a driving force for developing future leaders while strengthening the region’s business community.”
