Elvira’s DC Ranch is opening later this month.

Elvira’s DC Ranch is a partnership between classically trained celebrity Chef Rubén Monroy and Sommelier and restaurant developer Tom Kaufman, Elvira’s DC Ranch representatives tell the Digital Free Press.

The vision for Elvira’s DC Ranch is to offer a fine-dining Mexican Cocina whereas the two-story 3,600-square-foot space is transformed into a dreamy candlelit room.

Director of Culinary and COO, Chef Christopher George with Kaufman Hospitality; and Chef Monroy have collaborated to create the elevated fare for the north Scottsdale location.

The menu will feature signature moles with up to 28 ingredients, seafood, dry-aged beef, and the finest products sourced from local and Mexican farmers.

From house-made tortillas, pressed and cooked to order, to exceptional desserts, every dish delivered will be a testament to the highly trained team’s dedication to perfection.

Of Note: A menu preview includes Blistered Shishito Peppers, Marinated Grilled Prawn Escabeche Salad, Cuitlacoche and Chicken, Prime Flank Steak Molcajete, and Hazelnut Mole.

“Mole is the epitome of Mexican culture, identity, and cuisine,” Chef Monroy says.

Elvira’s DC Ranch is at 20825 N. Pima Road in north Scottsdale.
