Anhelo, a fine-dining restaurant in Scottsdale, has introduced a new private dining experience that combines transportation, customized tasting menus and personalized service.
The offering, called The Ultimate Night of Indulgence, is designed as an end-to-end evening for two couples, beginning with private transportation and continuing through a multi-course dining experience at the restaurant, according to a press release.
The evening begins at guests’ homes, where a chauffeured Rolls-Royce provides transportation to Anhelo, accompanied by champagne and small bites. Upon arrival, diners are guided through a chef-driven tasting rather than selecting from a traditional menu.
The experience includes a personalized, off-menu tasting, curated wine pairings or cocktails, and service designed to be unobtrusive. The culinary progression is customized to individual preferences and guided by Anhelo’s culinary team.
The evening concludes outdoors when weather permits, with guests finishing the experience fireside or beside the restaurant’s fountain. A final bottle is selected before guests are transported home, maintaining continuity throughout the evening.
“This experience is about removing friction entirely,” said Mr. Ivan Jacobo, owner and chef of Anhelo. “From the moment the car arrives to the moment you return home, every detail is considered.”
