The Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce will host its Women in Leadership luncheon, presented by HonorHealth, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, 6333 N. Scottsdale Road.
The program is designed to bring together professional women from across the region to explore leadership experiences, foster connections and highlight the importance of women supporting one another, according to a press release.
Hilary DeCesare is the CEO of The ReLaunch and a business and mindset coach who has worked with entrepreneurs and executives for more than 20 years. Her keynote will focus on reframing moments when career success no longer feels fulfilling, presenting them as signals to pursue new directions in work and life.
Her background includes building startups while in college, contributing to significant sales growth at Oracle, coaching venture‑backed CEOs and leading a community of women navigating professional transitions.
“We are honored to welcome Hilary DeCesare to our Women in Leadership stage,” said Stephanie Miller, director of programs & events for the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce. “Hilary’s message challenges women to view moments of restlessness not as setbacks, but as powerful invitations to evolve. This program will leave attendees energized and ready to lead with renewed clarity and confidence.”
Organizers say her presentation will include strategies based on her 3HQ methodology, which emphasizes clarity, decision‑making and personal alignment.
Attendees will learn approaches to navigating change with purpose and confidence. Organizers say the goal is for participants to leave with practical tools and renewed motivation to pursue their next steps.
