Men’s Arts Council elects Sentari Minor board president, welcomes new members

The Men’s Arts Council of Phoenix Art Museum has elected Sentari Minor as president of the board and welcomed four new members: Mr. James Arndt, vice president; Mr. Craig Deslauriers; Mr. Richard Rowe; and Mr. Philip Wilson.

Mr. Minor serves as executive vice president and chief of staff for evolvedMD, where his work focuses on strategy, growth, branding, culture and coaching.

Prior to joining evolvedMD, he advised CEOs and entrepreneurs on philanthropy and policy as regional director for Alder and previously served as director at Social Venture Partners.

He was named a Phoenix Business Journal “40 Under 40” honoree in 2022 and is a two-time Titan 100 recipient, according to a press release.

Mr. Arndt is principal of Camelback High School and has worked in education for more than 14 years. He has served on the board of the Arizona Trail Association and chaired the “Yes for Creighton Kids” political campaigns.

His connection to the Men’s Arts Council began with a personal milestone — he married his wife, Lauren, at Phoenix Art Museum.

Mr. Deslauriers is a commercial banker at Bell Bank with more than 20 years of experience in banking, including commercial lending and mortgage underwriting. A second-generation Valley native, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of Phoenix and a paralegal studies certificate from Phoenix College.

Mr. Rowe is a retired sales manager from Post Cereal Company and works with the city of Phoenix. His career includes roles at Nestlé USA, General Mills and Post Cereals. He has also taught in the Scottsdale Unified School District and now serves as Preserve Park Ranger II with the City of Phoenix Department of Natural Resources. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona.

Mr. Wilson, originally from England, relocated to Arizona in 1986. He practices law at May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie, focusing on tax controversy matters. He supports the local arts community through his work with the Men’s Arts Council and the Artists in Residence program he founded at his firm. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, climbing and running with his son.
