Camelot Homes is celebrating the grand opening of Villas II at Desert Mountain from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 21, at 37200 N. Cave Creek Road, No. 1141, in Scottsdale.
The community is Camelot’s newest luxury residential development in North Scottsdale and features 23 single-family detached homes overlooking the No. 7 golf course at Desert Mountain. The collection is designed to provide a low-maintenance, lock-and-leave lifestyle, according to a press release. Attendees are asked to RSVP at the event link.
Guests will have an opportunity to tour the model home and participate in an interactive golf simulator featuring contests and golf-themed giveaways. Complimentary coffee and matcha will be served from an onsite coffee cart, along with chef-prepared breakfast items and a made-to-order omelet station sponsored by Ferguson Home and Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove.
The Camelot Homes team will be available to discuss available homesites, quicker-delivery opportunities and the process through which Villas II buyers may bypass the traditional waitlist when applying for a Full Golf Membership at Desert Mountain Club. Membership is separate from the purchase of a home and is subject to additional costs, application requirements and club approval.
