Compass announced that Wendy Walker, along with agents Kristin Oas and Rachel Swirtz of Wendy Walker Fine Properties, has joined its Arizona team.
The addition marks a significant step for Compass as it expands its presence in the Valley’s luxury real estate market.
Ms. Walker brings more than 25 years of experience in luxury real estate and consistently ranks among the top-performing agents in the country. Her team has been recognized as the number-one team in Arizona for four consecutive years.
Most recently, Ms. Walker served as managing director of The Agency in Scottsdale, where her team was the brokerage’s top-selling group in 2024.
Joining Ms. Walker are Ms. Oas and Ms. Swirtz, both experienced in competitive markets including Scottsdale, the Town of Paradise Valley, Arcadia and Phoenix. Oas specializes in North Scottsdale and golf course communities, while Swirtz, a Phoenix native, is active in Scottsdale’s McCormick Ranch.

Before launching Wendy Walker Fine Properties, Ms. Walker rose to prominence at Coldwell Banker, ranking among the top 1% of agents nationally and internationally. She has served as a global luxury ambassador, trained agents across international markets and earned certification as an Arizona court-approved real estate commissioner.
Outside of brokerage work, Ms. Walker mentors women in real estate and speaks at industry events.
