A significant transformation is complete at WaterView, a Class A commercial office complex found in the heart of Phoenix’s iconic Camelback Corridor.
Situated on just over 11 acres at the intersection of Highland Avenue and 22nd Street, WaterView sits on the former site of the Town & Country Golf Course, according to a press release.
Holualoa Companies purchased the property approximately three and a half years ago and has since partnered with Plaza Companies to oversee property management and spearhead the ambitious renovation project, the release states.
Plaza Companies recently assisted in completion of the comprehensive renovation of the two-building, 209,000-square-foot property, delivering a revitalized office environment that blends modern amenities, enhanced aesthetics, and dynamic outdoor spaces, the release states.
“This property has always had incredible potential thanks to its location, layout and natural beauty,” said Steve Lindley, COO of Holualoa Companies. “The renovations at WaterView have truly brought its potential to life, and reflect our long-term vision for creating inspiring, amenity-rich environments where businesses can thrive.”
The newly enhanced WaterView complex is already seeing strong leasing momentum as more companies seek high-quality, well-located office space in a vibrant urban setting.
“This transformation has been all about elevating the WaterView experience for tenants and creating an inspirational and enjoyable workplace environment,” said Sharon Harper, chairman and CEO of Plaza Companies. “We’re proud to have led a renovation that blends form and function — offering tenants not just beautiful, flexible office space, but an atmosphere that promotes productivity, wellness and connection.”
